Though their reign was brief and bloody, The Spectacles rocked the Laramie music scene and sent ripples of envy throughout the international punk scene. Easily surpassing cheap imitation bands like The Homeless Wonders, the Spectacles blew out eardrums from gay club audiences in Fort Collins to the infamous Sigma God show somewhere in the bowels of the University of Wyoming. This particular recording was mixed by metalheads in the basement of bassist Tom Foolery's house in the wee hours of the morning.
You'll also find several Live tracks here, recorded at the VFW in Cheyenne, WY in 1996 when the band opened for Sicko.
As an added bonus, some of the Spectacles songs are avaliable as accoustic demos, recorded by Pound Puppy while he was trapped in Room 142 of the Home.
